In this role, you will:

• Support performance of less experienced staff and the overall effectiveness of activities relating to risk mitigation or control efforts on behalf of the business; proactively provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing associated processes and tools
• Perform complex administrative, transactional, monitoring, reporting, and coordination tasks
• Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced staff
• Interact with immediate team, functional area, and internal peers outside of work group on a wide range and variety of information

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of business controls, procedures, compliance, or risk experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications:

• 5-6 Years of Underwriting experience, Auto, Home Lending, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

  ·Participated in senior leadership (metrics and materials) conversations.

  ·Should have worked on putting together process matrix & Presentations for Senior Leadership reviews.

  ·Should be good with tracking and reporting metrics for the process.

Job Expectations:

• Experience with Underwriting with a good knowledge offunctionality/capabilitiesand understanding of 4Cs of Underwriting.

  ·Experience on Auto business, QA/QC roles, Home Lending, or mortgage experience.

  ·Should have extensive knowledge in reporting, presentations, Business reviews and should be able to work closely with the stakeholders.

  ·Fluent communication with stateside partners to understand different review requirements and execute reviews in compliance with set procedures and policies.

  ·Quality-oriented. Good attention to detail and review transactions for accuracy. Have a sense of urgency in addressingerrors.

  ·Demonstrates willingness to learn new skills and put the same into practice.

  ·Receives and reciprocates basic information clearly in the written and oral form; Demonstrates good command over the English language. Ability to escalate issuesappropriately.

  ·Finishes one’s tasks as per set schedules. Takes initiative for ensuring timely completion of set tasks.
