JOB TITLE: Professional System Engineer

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science or Computer Engineering and three (3) years of experience in the job offered, or three (3) years of experience in a related occupation performing functional, performance, and reliability analysis using engineering models and techniques; developing software throughout the vertical stack; defining designs; designing, developing, and analyzing test plans and strategies; writing and executing test cases and troubleshooting application defects; reporting defects and following up on their closure; analyzing test results, reporting test metrics, and preparing and presenting test reports; employing automation testing tools and strategy within integrated test environments that require validation across multiple touchpoint API’s, Microservices, email/SMS communications, file feeds, and UI components; applying SCRUM and Agile methodologies; applying knowledge of multi-tier web application architecture and Microservice technologies, and On-Prem and cloud integration; writing SQL and NoSQL queries; completing test planning, test case design, and test execution; performing mobile application testing for iOS and Android; and utilizing monitoring tools including Kibana (ELK logs), Dynatrace, and QM for defect triaging and troubleshooting.
