• Collaboration:Leverages a rich network of partnerships across lines of business and the organization to foster collaboration and share solutions, incorporating cross-functional perspectives to bridge gaps in information

• Communication:Presents work across levels and job functions using a human-centered approach that integrates design frameworks, data and research insights to articulate a compelling point of view that influences strategic decision-making and direction at senior levels

Basic Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience conducting research in corporate enterprise organizations

• At least 4 years of experience conducting quantitative and qualitative primary research, and at least 4 years of data analysis (survey data, behavioral analytics, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years conducting research in large, corporate enterprises

• Experience working with stakeholders and partner groups such as tech, and product

McLean, VA: $127,500 - $145,500 for Pr. Associate, Design New York, NY: $139,100 - $158,700 for Pr. Associate, Design Richmond, VA: $115,900 - $132,200 for Pr. Associate, DesignThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
