- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in a creative leadership role, such as Art Direction, Visual Design, or Creative Direction, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality visual solutions across various mediums (e.g., digital, print, video).
- Experience implementing visual design systems across platforms in an iterative software development environment, applying design tools (e.g., Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch).
- Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization, 2 years of experience leading design projects with 1 year of experience working with executive leaders.
- Experience as an Art Director with a portfolio demonstrating creative vision and leadership in a relevant field (e.g., games, AR, interactive experiences, animation).
- Understanding of art fundamentals combined with a passion for emerging technologies, particularly generative AI and machine learning.
- Ability to communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale within a user-centered design process.
