- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting.
- 5 years of experience in a people management, supervision, or team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, business, compliance) or a recognized compliance certification.
- Experience in influencing decision-making at all levels, including executive leadership.
- Experience bringing structure and clarity to complex and ambiguous situations, and the ability to analyze fragmented information, identify key attributes, and develop balanced recommendations and effective solutions.
- Knowledge of compliance program management principles, risk assessment methodologies, and internal control frameworks, and familiarity with industry-accepted compliance policies and frameworks.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, executive management, regulators, and external stakeholders.
