Reporting to thethe student will have an exciting opportunityto gain hands-on experience in SaaS and cloud-based applications, data analysis, and business process optimization within the supply chain and procurement domain. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, SQL expertise, and the ability to effectively gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

What a typical day looks like:

• Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of SaaS and cloud-based procurement and supply chain applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for technology enhancements and process improvements.
• Utilize SQL to extract, analyze, and interpret data for reporting and decision-making.
• Work closely with IT and procurement teams to integrate and streamline supply chain technology solutions.
• Support system testing, troubleshooting, and user training for procurement and supply chain tools.
• Research and recommend best practices and emerging technologies to improve procurement and supply chain efficiency.
• Assist in data visualization and reporting to provide insights for procurement and supply chain decisions.
• Ensure compliance with IT security and data governance policies when handling system configurations and data.

Student qualities we’re seeking for this internship assignment:

• Junior/Senior undergrad pursuing Bachelors’ degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or related major
• Strong understanding of SaaS and cloud-based applications (e.g., Ivalua, Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement Cloud).
• Expertise in SQL for data querying, reporting, and analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with business process modeling, requirement gathering methodologies, and documentation tools.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

Internship Program Requirements:

• Available to start on May 27th and work 40 hours/week (in-person) for 10-12 week Summer assignment
• Currently enrolled in 4-year accredited university
• 3.0 minimum GPA
