Betreft eenfunctie voor onze Systems Engineering afdeling in Schiphol/Amsterdam. Op dezeafdeling wordt de hardware van systemen voor de industrieleprocesautomatisering "ge-engineerd". Deze automatiserings-systemenworden geheel volgens klant-specificaties geproduceerd. Klanten bevinden zichonder andere in de (petro)chemische industrie, olie- en gaswinning (offshore)en staalindustrie. Het actiefmeewerken aan projecten (in het Integration Center in Schiphol/Amsterdam en/ofbij klanten op locatie):

• Het uitpakken en opstellen van toegeleverde materialen (workstations, servers, Ethernet switches, KVM switches/extenders, process control racks, systeem cabinets, etc).
• Het aansluiten van bovengenoemde onderdelen volgens systeemtekeningen, dit betreft zowel voedingsspanning (24VDC en 230VAC) als interne systeembekabeling. Software engineers kunnen hierna hun applicatie databases laden en testen.
• Het configureren van KVM switches/extenders.
• Het identificeren van equipment/kabels middels labels.
• Power-up en asisteren bij inhouse testing.
• Na testen het ontmantelen van alle systeemonderdelen en gereedmaken voor transport naar de klantlocatie.
• Bijhouden database inhouse materialen.
• Regelen van de vloerplanning Integration Center.
• Kleine modificaties doorvoeren in en/of interne bekabeling aanbrengen binnen systeem cabinets.

Bovengenoemdewerkzaamheden kunnen worden uitgebreid naar:

• Het generen van detail ontwerp tbv de kasten voor Honeywell DCS systemen. Hierbij valt te denken aan controller-, marshalling- en supervisory-kasten.
• Het maken/modificeren van betreffende tekeningen pakketten.
• Het plaatsen van bestellingen via de Inkoop-afdeling. Betreft zowel Honeywell-artikelen (worden besteld bij de Honeywell fabrieken) als outside purchase.
• Opstellen van technische specificaties voor het uitbesteden van fabricage van systeemkasten. Dit betreft de Rittal-kasten waarin de PLC-achtige systemen worden ingebouwd, inclusief 230VAC en 24VDC powerdistributie, control- en I/O-racks tot en met bedrading naar veldklemmen, draadcodering, etc.

• Het begeleiden van de fabricage van bovengenoemde cabinets door derden.
• Het opstellen van systemen in de testhal en gereedmaken voor inhouse test.
• Het organiseren van transport naar klantlokaties en het assisteren met de installatiewerkzaamheden aldaar.
• Opleiding, kennis en ervaring
• Relevante opleiding op minimaal MTS/HTS-niveau. Ervaring/affiniteit met ontwerp van panel ten behoeve van industriele automatiseringssystemen is wenselijk.
• Goede kennis van MS-Office (voornamelijk Word en Excel) is noodzakelijk. Ervaring met Microsoft Access en Microsoft Visio is wenselijk.
• Kennis van Autocad is wenselijk.
• Productkennis van leveranciers als Rittal, Phoenix Contact en Weidmuller.
• Verder is goede kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal noodzakelijk, in woord en geschrift.
• Rijbewijs B en VCA.

We zoeken een assertief persoon (geen 9-5mentaliteit) die enerzijds technisch bezig wil zijn en anderzijds het overzichtbehoudt om de eigen benodigde voortgang te kunnen bewaken. Afhankelijk van desituatie wordt gewerkt aan circa 2 tot 6 projecten tegelijk, vlug mentaalkunnen schakelen en handelen is dus noodzakelijk. Werkzaamheden zullen opkantoor zijn in het Integration Center, maar ook bij onze klanten locatiesverspreid over de Benelux (hoofdzakelijk Nederland).

Thisis a function for our Systems Engineering department in Schiphol/Amsterdam. Inthis department the hardware of systems for industrial process automation is"engineered". These automation systems are produced entirelyaccording to customer specifications. Clients are in the (petro)chemicalindustry, oil and gas extraction (offshore) and steel industry.

Activelyparticipating in projects (in the Integration Center in Amsterdam and/or atcustomer sites):

• Unpacking and setting up supplied materials (workstations, servers, Ethernet switches, KVM switches/extenders, process control racks, system cabinets, etc), connecting the parts according to system drawings, this concerns both power supply (24VDC and 230VAC) and internal system cabling. Software engineers can then load and test their application databases.
• Configuring KVM switches/extenders, identifying equipment/cables by means of labels.
• Power-up and assist with in-house testing; after testing, dismantling all system components and preparing them for transport to the customer location.
• Maintain database of in-house materials.
• Arranging the floor planning Integration Center, perform small modifications to and/or internal wiring of system cabinets.
• Aboveactivities can be extended to:
• Generating detail design for the cabinets for Honeywell DCS systems. This includes controller, marshalling and supervisory cabinets.
• Making / modifying related drawings packages.
• Placing orders via the Purchasing Department. This concerns both Honeywell items (ordered from the Honeywell factories) and outside purchase.
• Drawing up technical specifications for outsourcing the manufacture of system cabinets. This concerns the Rittal cabinets in which the PLC-like systems are installed, including 230VAC and 24VDC power distribution, control and I / O racks up to and including wiring to field terminals, wire coding, etc.
• Guiding the manufacture of the above cabinets by third parties.
• Drafting systems in the test hall and preparing for in-house testing.
• Organizing transport to customer locations and assisting with the installation work there.

Key Requirements:

• Relevant training at minimum MTS / HTS level. Experience/affinity with panel design for industrial automation systems is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (mainly Word and Excel) is necessary. Experience with Microsoft Access and Microsoft Visio is a plus as well as knowledge of Autocad is a plus.
• Product knowledge from suppliers such as Rittal, Phoenix Contact and Weidmuller.
• Furthermore, good knowledge of the Dutch and English language is necessary, both in word and in writing.
• Driving license B and VCA.

Weare looking for an assertive person (no 9-5 mentality) who on the one handwants to be technically active and on the other hand maintains the overview tobe able to monitor the own required progress. Depending on the situation, wework on approximately 2 to 6 projects at the same time, so that mentalswitching and action is necessary. All work will be executed in the office inthe Integration Center, but also at customer sites located in the Benelux(mainly the Netherlands).
