- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in launching Hardware New Product Introduction processes for electronics (e.g., Server, racks, L6, L10 and L11 manufacturing).
- Experience driving operational initiatives for executive stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in stakeholder management and fast-paced hardware development environments.
- Experience in Operations, Strategy, or Product Operations roles with core responsibilities of building relationships and in leading complex strategic and operational initiatives.
- Experience with Hardware and Supply chain Infrastructure, Cloud, Enterprise/B2B Businesses.
- Ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels and with various cross-functional partners.
