As a Technology Support Senior Specialist in Aumni Philippines, you will be a crucial member that provides support and guidance on day-to-day technology activities. Your role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and technology issues within the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshooting of IT Equipment used in Aumni PH Operations facilities.
- Manage Technology Support Specialist(s).
- Handle support requests and procedures across the network
- Assist in training new hires
- Ensure adherence to Aumni IT standards, policies, and procedures.
- Manage physical IT asset and inventory.
- Escalate complex support requests and incidents.
- Report any system downtime and performance issues quickly and effectively.
- Coordinate activities between local teams to ensure adherence to help desk ticketing resolution times.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- System Ownership/Administration experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM), ensuring secure and efficient management of mobile devices used by employees.
- Administrative experience in Identity Provider (IDP) system and Single Sign-On (SSO) solution, ensuring secure and streamlined access to applications and services.
- MacOS knowledge and skill set.
- Knowledge in wireless network management, ensuring secure and reliable Wi-Fi access for employees, guests, and Bring Your Own Device (BYOD).
- Experienced with Jira Service Management.
- Experienced with a diverse set of operating systems (Windows, MacOS, and Linux)
- Fundamental working knowledge of Virtual Machine (VM) / Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
- Willing to work in Cebu City
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Knowledge of Secure Web Gateway tools (e.g., end-to-end encryption, malware detection, data loss prevention, web filtering, SASE)
- Knowledge of SCIM deployment and management
- Knowledge in Kandji MDM, Crowdstrike, Okta, Meraki, Netskope
- CompTIA certification(s)
