- M.D. or Doctor of Medicine Degree (or equivalent) and completion of accredited residency/fellowship, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of clinical experience after the completion of medical training.
- 3 years of experience at a multinational company employee health team, health benefits consulting, or a health technology start-up providing clinical services to employers.
- Experience in public health or management of public health-related emergencies.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience addressing health equity in workforce health programs and services.
- Experience working on corporate (employee) health policy.
- Knowledge or experience in health care provision or health plan design outside the U.S.
