- 7+ years of product management experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
- MBA or MS in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Analytics, Computer Science or similar field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, R, VBA, HTML/CSS, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Airtable or similar.
- 2+ years of experience in AI/ML or data-driven platforms. Experience launching AI-powered features in enterprise tools or data products.
- Experience defining technical requirements and leading software and system implementations across large organizations and multiple regions.
- Ability to lead impactful programs independently under concurrent deadlines.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across multiple audiences and partners.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into concrete technical solutions.
- Ability to lead the development of AI projects from start to finish.
- Translate business goals into clear AI/ML feature requirements in partnership with AI engineers and data scientists.
- In-depth knowledge of emerging concepts like machine learning and predictive analytics.
- An understanding of data in a complex enterprise system landscape, including data governance, quality, and synchronization.
- Understanding of LLM ecosystems, RAG pipelines, vector databases.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with executive-level stakeholders.
- International and cross-geography experience preferred.
