Solid knowledge of electrical engineering principles, analog and digital mixed signal electronics design both at the theoretical and implementation level.
Experience with FPGA/Microprocessor firmware development and related high speed digital circuitry design.
Experience with Xilinx/Altera FPGA design using Verilog/VHDL, FPGA simulation and implementation.
Solid understanding of timing analysis and constraints at the PCB/FPGA interface.
Hardware and firmware integration, debug, and system test experience with prototype PCB assemblies.
Familiar with design tools such as OrCAD, Xilinx Vivado/ISE, Altera Quartus, Synplify synthesis,Questa/ModelSim, Python,MATLAB.
Experience on PCB board design and test a plus.
Strong problem analysis and solving capability on complex semiconductor equipment systems
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
