What you’ll do

This position is within Essential Adoption Services & Automations; part of the Adoption Services Center (ASC) organization. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Alignment : Develop and drive the SAP Enterprise Support (ES) & SAP Enterprise Support Cloud Edition (ESCE) portfolio, guidance, and scale delivery to assist customers in their SAP transformation journey, in alignment with SAP's strategy.
  • Collaborative Engagement : Work closely with other roles within the Adoption Services Center teams and beyond, focusing on investment needs, product strategy, go-to-market approaches, portfolio consumption, and scaling content delivery.
  • Content Design : Design scalable, modern, self-consumable ES & ESCE foundational content to support customers' business objectives and adoption of SAP solutions.
  • Content Management : Oversee the creation and curation of ES & ESCE foundational content, ensuring consistency across solutions and offerings.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration : Actively seek opportunities to collaborate across teams to enhance the ES & ESCE portfolio and the overall customer experience.
  • Innovation and Piloting : Co-innovate and pilot with customers to ensure content and formats remain cutting-edge.
  • Advisory Services : Provide advisory and guidance to customers through ES & ESCE foundational offerings on a scalable delivery platform.
  • Advocacy and Awareness : Raise awareness of the SAP ES portfolio & offerings with customers and across SAP, championing our achievements and customer success.

What you bring

We are searching for a self-motivated, self-driven, curious, open-minded, and flexible professional who possesses the following qualifications:

  • Expertise and Experience : Functional knowledge and experience in SAP Cloud ALM (CALM for Service), ALM methodology, and Service Delivery methodology topics, with a willingness to learn more.
  • Proficiency in English : Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Effective Communication : Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels, internally and externally, with appropriate discretion where required.
  • Presentation Skills : Strong presentation skills, including creating and delivering presentations for varying audiences.
  • Problem-Solving Aptitude : Problem-solving skills with a results-focused, customer-centric mindset.
  • Independence and Ownership : Ability to deliver results, work independently, and take ownership to drive topics forward.
