As a Brand Expert on the Operations Team, you will be responsible for handling the Consumer Help Desk to ensure maximum satisfaction with the Certilogo Service. Your role will also involve supporting the Account Management and Tech Team, by providing expert opinions, as well as taking proactive steps to improve the Help Desk workflow. This position reports directly to the Operations Service Manager.

What You Will Accomplish

  • Provide support to consumers via Certilogo’s Help Desk interface and email communication.

  • Collaborate with brand stakeholders and Account Management to support client investigations and enforcement actions.

  • Offer proactive suggestions for workflow improvements to enhance response times and automate processes.

  • Handle daily email inquiries regarding product authentication issues, providing comprehensive assistance.

  • Analyze user information, actions, and responses during the authentication process using the Certilogo backend.

  • Compare user-submitted photos of the product and authenticating elements with physical or digital samples in the Certilogo archive.

  • Build comprehensive responses using available templates on the backend.

What we are looking for

  • Outstanding ability to spot differences between images quickly and accurately.

  • Demonstrated ability in online brand protection, resell platform (moderation team for classifieds), or authentication for Designer Goods Resale companies.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

  • Strong ability to relate positively and productively with clients and consumers.

  • Outstanding organizational skills with a strong orientation toward action.

  • High level of accuracy, precision, speed, and reliability.

  • Resourcefulness and autonomy in problem-solving.
