Trinidad office,you will collaborate with EYC Recruitment Lead to execute the following duties:
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process for campus, experienced and executive level hires;“best-in-class candidate experience”.
- Utilize recruitment channels for talent sourcing activities
- Manage offer discussions with relevant stakeholders and closing candidates
- Stakeholder Management
- Develop strong working relationships with key business champions and hiring managers to understand talent needs
- Build and strengthen relationships with target universities and institutions
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams on recruitment campaigns and branding
- As the key point of contact for EYC stakeholders, you will proactively manage relationships and ensure effective and timely recruitment
- Build relationships with external agencies and develop networks to support candidate identification
- Event Management
- Coordinate internal and external recruitment activities and events for example online events, externalcareer/job fairs and in-house recruitment events
- Manage temporary internship programme and accompanying events
- Leverage new technologies and techniques to remain on the cutting edge of recruitment trends
- Bring your own ideas to the table and manage ad-hoc projects

To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Solid academic record with Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- Minimum 3-5 yearsexperience of end-to-end recruitment process from talent sourcing to onboarding
- Thorough understanding of recruitment trends and market knowledge
- Exposure to professional services firm is also an advantage though lack of it is not a deal breaker for a good candidate
