- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 13 years of experience in technology, product policy, Trust and Safety, or related fields.
- 2 years of experience in people management, leading teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- 10 years of experience in a cross-functional leadership role and managing high-performing teams.
- Experience in crafting compelling narratives to influence internal and external stakeholders, as well as presenting to executive levels in the organization.
- Ability to function well in high-pressure situations and take the lead when necessary.
- Ability to solve large unstructured business problems, working closely with cross-regional and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and execution skills.
