As a Sr Controllership Analyst Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will hold a critical position within our finance team. Your primary responsibility will be to support the controllership team for the designated region or division. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with accounting policies and regulations, and driving the financial close processes. Your expertise in financial analysis and insights will be instrumental in providing valuable recommendations and guidance to senior management for strategic decision-making.
In this role, you will impact the accuracy and completeness of financial statements, collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, and provide financial analysis to support decision-making at the regional or divisional level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of 7 people.
• Deliver month end close activities for multiple low, medium & high risk entities for United States and Canada.
• Ensure compliance & adherence of businesses to defined policies & work procedures.
• Ensure account recons are delivered with quality.
• Participate in external and internal audits schedules preparation and coordination.
• Ensure foreign transactions, translations and hedges are properly reported and recorded.
• Supervise tax package preparation.
• Identify risks in the reconciliations to properly document, report and address
• Participate in process improvement reviews and projects.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Bachelors Accounting Degree or related
• 5+ years of overall accounting experience.
• Hands on experience with SAP (FICO, PS, SD modules) and HFM
• English Proficiency. Strong communicator on all levels.
• Hands on experience with SAP a must, other large ERP systems preferred.
• Large multinational environment experience.
• Process orientated with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Worked on consolidation platforms like Hyperion Reporting systems.
• Good knowledge of US GAAP.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Team management experience requiered
