As the SAP Applications Support Manager, you will manage the SAP RISE system engineering ensuring service and support provided is timely and accurate on a daily basis. You will play a key role in ensuring that SAP applications are supporting and serving Kuiper's mission to build Satellites.Key job responsibilities
- Maintain and present metrics and dashboards regarding SLAs to executive level management- Interface with developers and configurators for performance and data access requirements
- Stay current with new ERP / SAP technology developments and techniques, research new software and tools, proactively recommend improvementsA day in the life
You will help to develop and maintain high quality and reusable solutions that result in a low total cost of ownership. The individual will be responsible to lead ABAP engineers, integration developers and work closely with solution architects, business stakeholders and external partners to develop ERP solutions to meet Kuiper business needs

- A minimum of 5 years of leading support experience with SAP ERP RISE system
- 3+ years experience with Work/Ticket Management tools such as JIRA/Service Now
- 3+ years experience with SDLC approaches such as Waterfall / AGILE and Scrum calls
- 3+ years experience working with software development teams working on building code to meet customer requirements (Functional Spec, Business Requirements Documents)
