Technical Excellence

• Support end-to-end execution of M&A, equity, and debt transactions. Build detailed financial models and valuation analyses (DCF, comps, precedent deals). Prepare client presentations, pitchbooks, and transaction materials. Conduct industry and company research to support deal sourcing and execution. Coordinate due diligence with clients, consultants, and investors. Work closely with senior bankers to develop strategic insights and recommendations.

Qualification

• Master of Business Administration
• Chartered Accountant

• Financial Analysis (3+ years)

• Merger and Acquisition
