Technical Excellence

• 1. Detailed knowledge of financial analysis, ratio analysis and good understanding of financial modelling 2. Market research (primary and secondary) 3. Support the team on marketing pitches, teasers, information memorandum, corporate profile, etc. 4. Should be well conversant with Excel, PowerPoint and Word 5. Assist the team in business development activities to build a database for business opportunities/ new mandates in the identified areas such as fund-raise, M&A, etc. 6. Good communication skills both written and oral (including report writing) 7. Strong and well rounded business understanding and structured/ analytical approach to problem solving 8. Ability to take the ownership of the assigned task

Qualification

• B.Com/ BBA or any other relevant bachelor degree
• Preference will be given to candidates pursuing/ completed CFA L1/ L2/ L3

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking or transaction advisory
