We are looking for a Strategic Operations Program Manager with great operational and communication skills and a demonstrated ability to drive complex operational strategy and lead programmatic solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has significant experience in discovery technology and operational execution. This role requires a person with highly efficient operational skills and the ability to strategically design, launch and continually pressure test diverse operations - from technical support to workflow definition to stakeholder support.
- 3+ years of in-house, law firm or vendor discovery experience, including significant experience leading complex discovery project or program management in litigations and investigations
- Strong technology interest and aptitude, including familiarity with common discovery tools, project management tools and database management
- Excellent operational, communication, analytical, organization, and negotiation skills are essential
- Meaningful in-house or equivalent experience and experience managing discovery in litigation and regulatory investigations in a corporate setting
- Demonstrated ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues quickly and effectively in a positive and practical manner
- Interest in and ability to identify gaps, propose solutions, and take ownership of projects while balancing time, quality, cost, and risk
- Ability to foster and facilitate teamwork by cultivating relationships, collaborating, and effectively communicating with teammates and cross-functional partners in the pursuit of team goals; shares information and supports others
