SAP Hyperscaler Observability Engineer

1. Operational Leadership : Lead and manage Observability operations to ensure high performance and smooth functioning of technology-related areas within hyperscaler environments.
2. Process Management : Oversee complex processes to ensure maximum efficiency, focusing on intervention, control, enhancement, and monitoring tasks specific to hyperscaler platforms.
3. Collaboration with Tools Team : Regularly interact with the tools team to understand their needs and ideas, collaborating on the enhancement and development of features to optimize tool performance within hyperscaler operations.
4. Knowledge Management : Establish strategies for creating, sharing, using, and managing knowledge using Large Language Models (AI) and organizational information, with a focus on hyperscaler-specific knowledge.
5. Team Collaboration : Work closely with offshore 3rd parties and internal teams, including SRE (Site Reliability Engineering), Tools, and Operations, to deliver results in hyperscaler environments.

As a crucial member of our team, you will significantly influence the reliability of our cloud services on hyperscaler platforms. Your expertise and skills will help reduce MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), ensuring the vitality and availability of our cloud services. You will play a key role in promoting operational excellence through leading improvements and innovation. Your work will enhance and maintain the company's technological platform, delivering high-level service and driving overall business performance.

1. Time: Starting 7 AM for regional alignment
2. Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field.
3. Experience : Proven (good to have 4+) experience in technology consulting or a similar role, with specific expertise in one of the major hyperscaler platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure).
4. Technical Knowledge : Solid understanding of cloud services, knowledge management, and operational processes, with a focus on hyperscaler operations.
5. Collaboration Skills : Demonstrated experience working with offshore 3rd parties and internal teams.
6. Leadership : Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
7. Communication : Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, able to work effortlessly with various stakeholders.
