We’re looking for a
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Work hand-in-glove with Product Managers, Customer Success, and others to keep the existing set of written documentation aligned with the product, in terms of both functionality and appearance.
- Contribute to weekly and ad-hoc release notes posts, product newsletters, and other customer communications.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, curriculum developers, and technical trainers to ensure that both recorded and live training is accurate and up to date.
- Help frontend developers and product managers refine in-app microcopy.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- At least three years of experience in a technical writing role.
- Some sort of technical background, be it educational (a STEM degree) or professional (development, QA, analytics, SOC, Incident Response, etc.).
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Mother-tongue level English and fantastic written communication skills.
BONUS:
- Experience in security, cloud, and/or SaaS.
- Experiencein a docs-as-code environment.
