Leading and delivering

with key partners by driving priorities aligned to OKRs, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership.

You have experience delivering seller-facing marketplace products.

You have experience in Retail or DTC e-commerce operations.

You have experience working with complex data, understanding insights and dashboards.

You have experience delivering platform products.

You are excited about solving complex challenges.

Preferred Experience

You have experience delivering highly successful and innovative products with your fingerprints all over them -- and you are deeply proud of what you have accomplished. If you have experience in building products or features that drive seller growth in an eCommerce capacity, that is right up our alley.

Data chops: You find a way to get the data you need and whip it into an insightful story. You can partner with Data Science to translate complex models to simple and compelling product experiences.

Technical chops: You possess the technical familiarity and/or expertise to closely collaborate with engineering on technical architecture, solution design, and requirements and scope tradeoffs.

You will also receive PTO and/or PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes. The amount you receive depends on your job classification and length of employment. It will meet or exceed the requirements of paid sick leave laws, where applicable.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management. Option 2: 9 years’ experience in product management or related area.
