KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supportthe Senior Project Management Specialists in implementing and coordinating theoperational aspects of ongoing Customer Implementation projects.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for internal and external stakeholdersincluding invoices, tracking costs, KPIs, and management reports.
• Coordinateschedules and deliver status reports.
• Review and report status of projects and tracking budgetspend in SAP.
• Serve as liaison between project management and planning,project team, and line management.
• Implementing mechanisms for monitoring project progressto ensure accurate project status in our GPMO PPM Tool.
• Provide support and problem-solving alongside Sr ProjectManagement Specialists, line managers, and customers as needed.
• Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meetproductivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Maintaineffective communication with internal and external stakeholders, providingregular status updates.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum 3+ years in project coordination
• Post secondary education
• Customer required background verification checks must be completed and approval maintained
• Ability to travel 10% of the time within Canada and US
