We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Operations Support Analyst 2 - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Operations Support Analyst 2 - C10) based in Citi Plaza, Taguig City, Philippines. Billing and Invoicing:

  • Review invoices to ensure accuracy
  • Raise purchase orders (POs)
  • Invoice Processing
  • Perform allocation of charges to businesses and have it successfully approved

Help / Support:

  • Monitor work progression ensuring completion of assignments by requested due date
  • Apply the relevant internal and external policies during the daily processing
  • Ensure consistent application of team process controls
  • Work closely with SCO organization in ensuring that all (1) PRs are created correctly and on time; (2) invoices are process for payment on time.
  • Fulfilling the clients’ necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.
  • Ad-hoc requests and activities as needed

Qualifications:

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

  • 0-2 years relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Motivational fit – willingness to work in a shared services team.
  • Fluent in English and communicates effectively (written & verbal).
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Documentation and organizational skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, proactiveness, and risk awareness.
  • Ability to identify and implement simple process efficiencies and improvement. • Proven organizational, analytical, planning & execution skills.
  • Able to handle high volume of work & adaptable to change.
  • Able to plan and manage own time, works with minimal supervision.
  • Strong team player, willing to learn and share experience with other team members.
  • Positive attitude and leadership strength.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
