Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in a strategy or advisory role working with executives, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 2 years of experience in a communications role (e.g., executive communications, public relations, etc.).
- Experience writing for and working with C-suite executives, Executive Vice Presidents (VPs), or other executive leaders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience building and executing new programs and managing them to scale.
- Ability to think, plan, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion while meeting project deadlines with effective attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in fast-paced, high-stress environments.
- Excellent storytelling and written/verbal communication skills.
- Excellent project management skills.
