Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Serve as a central point of contact and aggregator of information relating to the delivery and execution of all Channel Marketing Guides and asset distribution- Manage the collection, QC, and staging of marketing assets across multiple delivery points (ASW, Relay, Box, etc)- Maintain relevant status and tracking documentation, and develop workback schedules to ensure timely delivery of guides and assets
- 7+ years of project management, content management, or related experience
- Experience in advertising, marketing, or production
- Knowledge and/or practical experience with Content Management Systems
- Experience and ability to scope and build schedules
- Ability to drive workflows, creative shares and schedules across multiple teams
- Collaborates well with both internal and external partners
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to get results throughout projects
- Cut through ambiguity to find the right path forward despite uncertainty or challenges
- Approach projects with a global perspective to ensure creative resonates in international markets
- Extremely detail oriented with extraordinary follow-through skills
- Approach problems flexibly and with a willingness to adapt in order to arrive at the best solution
- Resourceful and proactive in finding solutions
- See around corners to ensure awareness of bigger problems and opportunities ahead
- Bachelors degree preferred
