Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
6 years of experience partnering with UX Design, Research, and Data Science.
4 years of experience taking consumer focused products from conception to launch.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with A/B testing and user research methodologies.
Experience using data to inform product decisions and measure success with excellent investigative skills.
Familiarity with consumer-focused products or social media platforms.
Passion for YouTube and a deep understanding of the platform's ecosystem, creators, and viewers.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and data science.
