Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the due diligence, transactional negotiation, and integration processes on mergers & acquisitions out of Electronic Solutions.Serving as the Law and Contracts focal for working capital issues. You Must Have:
Juris Doctorate from a nationally recognized law school.
Membership in a State Bar.
Five plus years of legal experience in a law firm and/or in-house environment in mergers and acquisitions.
