Description

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the point person for employee care, addressing queries regarding office management issues
  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office such as meeting rooms, supplies, equipment, parking, cleaning, maintenance, etc and ensure that office is operating smoothly
  • Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Implement and oversee employee wellness programs and initiatives.
  • Facilitate employee engagement activities and events.
  • Provide general support to visitors and employees, fostering a welcoming environment.
  • Relay important information or policy changes from upper management to employees
Requirements
  • 2+ years experience as an Admin, in a tech environment
  • Upbeat, positive attitude, with patience and a love for people and collaboration
  • Excellent time management skills and strong ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills both in English and Hebrew
  • Strong planning capabilities and dynamic approach
  • Highly organized, attentive to detail, pro at multitasking
