Serve as the point person for employee care, addressing queries regarding office management issues
Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office such as meeting rooms, supplies, equipment, parking, cleaning, maintenance, etc and ensure that office is operating smoothly
Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary.
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
Implement and oversee employee wellness programs and initiatives.
Facilitate employee engagement activities and events.
Provide general support to visitors and employees, fostering a welcoming environment.
Relay important information or policy changes from upper management to employees
Requirements
2+ years experience as an Admin, in a tech environment
Upbeat, positive attitude, with patience and a love for people and collaboration
Excellent time management skills and strong ability to multitask and prioritize
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills both in English and Hebrew
Strong planning capabilities and dynamic approach
Highly organized, attentive to detail, pro at multitasking
