Responsibilites include:
- Supporting a positve and productive envionement in the office
- Managing the day-to-day activities in the office and admin support for the team
- Travel Coordination
- Being the go-to for managers and employee requests and support
- Office maintenance and supplier management
- Onboarding / Offboarding for employees
- Weekly Happy Hours and other company events
- Provide operational support to the HR and Finanace team when needed.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in office management/ employee welfare/ event management or a similar position.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt through strong self-learning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Excellent English and Hebrew
- Experience in a startup environment is a big plus
- Positive, Can-do attitude and flexible approach
This is a maternity leave position, beginning middle of January, 2025, 8 month contract with potential.
This role is on-site based in our offices in Tel Aviv.
