- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- A minimum of 5 years directly applicable experience
- A minimum of 1 year directly applicable project management experience
- Professional Engineer (P.E.)
- Proven experience in planning and design projects.

- Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- 10 or more years of direct experience
