What you'll do
It’s your job to gather requirements for a release, excite the scrum team about the difference they will make for our customers, create detailed user stories, and nurture customer relationships to get feedback on detailed functional decisions and set priorities.
What you bring
• Proven expert knowledge in the area of Core HR
• 5+ years of Core HR Software Product Management or Consulting Experience with a track record of successfully launching or implementing HR solution.
• Experience with agile development, e.g. grooming backlog and constant interaction with the scrum team
• Ability to communicate complex issues in a clear, concise way to both technical and no-technical audiences.
• Excellent project management skills in virtual and spread teams
• Experience managing customer relationships of key SAP customers, strong customer empathy
• Ability to drive a feature to completion, from requirements gathering to design and release
• Self-motivated fast learner with exceptional follow-through while operating with a sense of urgency
• Interpersonal skills: being open-minded, result-oriented and a team player with the willingness to put the team before self.
• Experience working in a large & geographically dispersed product-driven environment
