• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years related experience (e.g., statistics predictive analytics, research)OR Master's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years related experience (e.g., statistics, predictive analytics, research) OR Doctorate in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 1+ year(s) related experience (e.g., statistics, predictive analytics, research)
  • OR equivalent experience

• This position will berequiredto pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: speech recognition, large language models, machine learning, data mining, pattern recognition.
• 3+ years of programming experience in Python.
• 2+ years of experience with PyTorch.
• Extensive experience in speech recognition model development.
• 3+ years of programming experience in C# (preferred), C++, or Java, with solid engineering practices.
• Strong software development skills and an aptitude for software design, coding, and quality. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
