Your Impact

The Sales Engineer serves as a technical expert in the sales process, working closely with the sales team to provide technical knowledge and support to prospective clients. This role involves understanding customer requirements, demonstrating product capabilities, and ensuring successful technical integration of solutions.

Technical Expertise and Support:

  • Provide technical support and guidance during the sales process by identifying customer needs and aligning them with product capabilities.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to design customized solutions that meet their specific requirements.
  • Work with product development teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into future product releases.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by serving as their technical advisor.
  • Address and resolve technical inquiries and concerns raised by clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and documentation to support sales efforts.
  • Ensure all technical aspects of proposals are accurate and clearly articulated.
  • Work closely with sales, product management, and engineering teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team on product features and technical specifications.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of product offerings and technical specifications.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role, managing C-level technical and business relationships with complex global organizations.
  • Must have industry experience in any AI and ML or related technologies
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes or Python
  • Working knowledge of the artificial intelligence ecosystem; familiarity with how data scientists and machine learning engineers develop and deploy AI models
  • Experience with different cloud platforms and their ML products (AWS Sagemaker, GCP Vertex AI, etc.)
  • Have delivered prototypes of Generative AI/traditional ML solutions and have knowledge of network/cloud architecture.
