What you'll doThe IT Team leader’s primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth operation of the business and that the IT service offerings meet the requirements of the lines of business in the location. The IT Team leader will set the tasks and objectives for the IT Location Responsible for meeting the local requirements.
Understands & Expectations
- Follows guidance from Team Lead/UM regarding IT needs for site/country
- Complies with IT processes and governance framework
- Manages local Onsite daily IT Operations
- Understand Local LOB Needs
- Establishes rapport with the LOB's and key stakeholders
- Various roles of our Managed service provider & DTMS Governance model
- The operational model of onsite support
Accountable for & Defines
- CMT (Crisis Management) duties
- Working with Team Lead & IT controller on budget allocation
- Keeping IT Tools up to date and giving feedback on regional projects
- Making sure IT services invoices are received and sent to the Team Lead (WAN, Telco Fixed Lines etc.)
- Assisting regional projects
- Local management of IT Infrastructure (MR, Technical network rooms, Servers, ...)
- Accountable for office buildout activities
- Provision of central and Local IT services
- Ensuring compliance with processes
- Local Asset Management
Delivers & Tasks
- Collaboration with Regional Service Experts and Regional Delivery Experts on operations
- Delivery and implementation of local projects
- Regular communication with the business
- Identifying knowledge gaps, help create KBA.
- Process enhancement
- Verify monthly approval and posting of invoices for IT Resources
- Record monthly accomplishments
- Mobile Fleet administration
