Your role:

• Executes the EU Service commercial strategy into short-term execution in Portugal, across business.

• Close relationship with the different Modality Sales Specialists / Account Managers/ Key Account Managers, to drive the service business performance, at Point of Sales and non-Point of Sales.

• Management of customer relationship to maximize service business opportunities, together with the relevant stakeholders

• Contributes to the install base and bleeders management to improve service business profitability

• Main KPIs

You're the right fit if you have:

• Bachelor/master’s degree

• Work experience in the service area with a strong affinity for continuous improvement, with proven ability to drive change

• Deliver results and manage customer expectations.

• Have entrepreneurial and commercial thinking, analytical and negotiation skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
