You will report directly to our Director of Supply Planning and work out of ourHouston, Texas location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on our manufacturingoperations and overall business success. You will play a key role in developingand implementing production plans, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuringon-time delivery to customers. Your ability to analyze data, identifybottlenecks, and implement process improvements will be critical in drivingoperational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of site planning managersto meet organizational objectives including: OTTR, OTFP, MPS load, MRP Auditcompliance and inventory targets. Coach and mentor the team to ensure effectivesuccession planning.
- Lead theimplementation of Rapid Response production planning and ensure best practiceplanning processes across sites and networks.
- Ensure material masterdata is accurate, meets corporate standards, and cost and service levels of thebusiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functionalteams, including procurement, logistics, demand planning, materials execution, andmanufacturing, to ensure smooth production processes.
- Hand over anachievable schedule to the materials execution team.
- Analyze data and identify areas forimprovement to drive supply chain efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safetyregulations and quality standards in production planning processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and bestpractices in production planning to drive continuous improvement.

You Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- ~ 10 years of experience in production planning or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in SAP Production Planning modules with Rapid Response experience an added bonus.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
