Role and responsibilities (summary)
Direct reporting, and physically seated next to Channel sales manager.
Indirect reporting to Head of Trade Marketing to align Online categorycommunication/promotionstrategies and monitor/coach Online marketing efficiency.
Perfect Online execution for accounts responsible regarding:
- Product ramp-up (Live at launch; product reviews; new model PR, etc)
- Rich content (product pictures; relevant descriptions, etc)
- Premium content (unpacking experience; USP explenation, etc)
- Share-of-voice management: Plan and manage targeted Sony visibility on customer main pages, category page, search etc)
- Sell-up and basket sales opportunties
- Online product availability ( In-stock-ratio )
- Create yearly promotion plans for Online & Offline activities
- Create forecast plan for online sales sell-in/sell-out ( based on GFK trends & previous sell out & online campaigns uplifts )
- Defining optimal Online sales ( based on Market Share – account & product , Sell out Offline & Online , IHS development )
- Sony Online In-Stock-ratio ( online product availability )
- Online forecast accuracy ( sell in & sell out in Online )
- Manage and coordinate first of all digital marketing activities in Key dealers but also offline
- Create a promotion plan for tow channels online & offline for 1 and 2H FY
- Support the goals set in the sales plan
- Work close with Head of Marketing Online Marketing department Specialist and the sales team
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels
- Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
- Develop and maintain business relationship with dealer Online department / Online Managers
- Develop and maintain relevant tools to track online KPI’s in cooperation with dealer Online Managers
- Online Marketing: Initiate, Develop & Implement Online promotion plans (Retail; Sony generic / Category specific) together
With Channel Sales management:
- Defining optimal promotional proposition and communication message
- Defining optimal Online media plan for maximum reach and optimal conversion to achieve targeted sell-out & In-House-Share KPI’s
- KPI’s. Sony Online In-House-share, Online Sell-out, Net Sales, attachment ratio’s, Online Average Selling price
- Sony Online content quality and Sony share-of-voice
- Campaign effectiveness and efficiency (reach, click-through, conversion, ROI)
- Account budget spending (Sales Tactical, Year agreement Coop, local A&P)
Online
- Initiate, Develop & Implement Online promotion plans (Retail; Sony generic / Category specific) together with Channel Sales team:
