As a Paid Search Specialist, you will not only execute andpaid search strategies but alsoresponsible for the day-to-day health of campaigns.campaigns are correctly paced, budgets are well-managedad copycomplies with, and thatperformance reportingand actionable. Working closely with the Paid Search Regional Lead and media planning teams,drive seamless execution, operational excellence, and impactful results across your accounts.

You will:

• Implement andoptimizepaid search campaigns to meet KPIs and businessobjectives.

• Supervise a team of paid search specialists to ensure operational rigor, budget pacing, and campaign quality.

• Collaborate with creative teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to develop and execute effective ads.

• Monitor campaign performance data, ensure compliance with ad copy standards, and recommend continuous improvements.

• Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and reporting processes to deliver maximum efficiency.

• Stay updated on SEM trends and best practices, applying them to daily operations.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Fluent English, including the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

• Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
