In this role, you will be part of the ServiceNow Platform team, focusing on the implementation, management, maintenance, enhancement, and support, of core software systems.Responsibilities include:• Work closely with the product team, business and solution owners, and development teams to extract business and operational requirements
• Serve as the communication conduit between the client and developer
• Guide application development efforts by completing Use Cases and User Stories, closely collaborating with development and business teams for successful implementation
• Leverage ServiceNow documentation to enhance the Platform team’s understanding of technical requirements and items for consideration within User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
• Assist in developing and documenting standards
• Provide analysis and impact to user and business for changes to current functionalities
• Manage defects and issues as well as enhancements and fixes
• Plan, schedule, facilitate, and participate in agile meetings and/or events
• Provide Tier I and Tier II customer service and functional support to end-users
• Perform data validation using various reports generated from systems
• Coordinate and participate in the execution of test plans to ensure desired results are achieved
• Conduct data analysis and validation
• Record time accurately
