Job responsibilities

• Monitors the health and performance of beta and pilot products to ensure optimal functionality and identify areas for improvement
• Conducts comprehensive data analytics to identify trends, generate insights, and forecast future outcomes
• Leads the configuration and modification of the firm’s products and solutions, often in partnership with Technology, to fit complex client use cases
• Supports Sales in solutioning and mandating deal stages for pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning
• Engages with technical members of client teams to deliver presentations and technical demonstrations on product capabilities and solutions
• Identifies and defines development requirements for product design enhancements based on client feedback
• Safeguards a positive client experience through structured tollgates, pre-defined blueprints, and actively monitored feedback
• Manages solution advancement from beta/pilot to general availability
• Mitigates blockers that prevent product readiness and client adoption

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise working across a related broad set of products
• Demonstrated ability to apply a deep technical understanding to solution configurations in a specific domain
• Experience supporting Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning
• Experience working with clients in a technology field and interfacing with engineers
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data insights into actionable strategies
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to diverse teams
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Proficiency in Tableau or Alteryx for data visualization and analysis
• Experience using SQL for data mining and analysis
• Proven track record in creating dashboards and scorecards to visualize data insights and track performance metrics
• Experience in data visualization, with a preference for candidates who have developed visual tools to support business objectives
