As the Product Manager for Product College, you will:
Serve as the Product Leader for our Product College Platform and broader Product manager training and continuing education- applying Product rigor and principles to build an industry leading experience for your customers
Set the vision and strategy for the future of Product College and create a learning environment that enables our company-wide product job family (2k+ and quickly growing) to stay at the frontier of product craft
Partner across the enterprise to support all LOB’s and curate relevant content, coursework and foster an engaged community of product leaders
Leverage external platforms and institutions to maintain a cutting edge suite of learning tools for Product managers
Partner deeply to operationalize your vision with key partners: Learning and Development, Talent and Performance Management, People Strategy & Analytics, and other key HR functions.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 7 years of experience in digital product management
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
MBA or Master’s degree
5+ years of experience in Agile product management
5+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
