Modality Sales Specialist

Your role:

  • Be the voice of Partner with Philips stakeholders, act as SME on projects related to the indirect Ultrasound (Non-echo) business & service
  • Enable commercial success with strong sales and service delivery performance
  • Support the commercial & marketing teams with the creation and execution of business plan with Partners for Ultrasound (Non-echo) business
  • Define, implement, and train Partners and/or Market on relevant indirect sales and services Philips product and business.
  • Monitor and improve process performance with focus on regulatory and end customer satisfaction
  • Participate in the selection, onboarding and evaluation of Sales and Service Partners and create action plan to develop their capabilities
  • Perform tactical and operational indirect channel sales activities
  • Analyses performance of the indirect channel partners, identifies problems, and formulates recommendations;
  • Initiates & runs improvement projects together with the partners
  • Maintains methodologies and best practices within the area of responsibility
  • Combines available knowledge, build new insights


You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Marketing/Business Management.
  • 5 years of career experience in theselling/ marketing of Ultrasound modality is preferred.
  • Experience in working in complex organizations in marketing or commercial function in a large Multinational Company.
  • Ability to build and nurture strong relationships within matrix by developing strong cooperation with peers, cross business, and cross function.
  • Be the Point of contact and "go to" resource for modality sales specialist and clinical application teams.
  • Ability to build capabilities, process design, ownership, and implementation.
  • Can-do attitude, creative mindset, searching for solution, strong drive and focus on results, belief that we can win, ability to move or get around barriers to success.
