As a Principal TPM, you will lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives to deliver high-quality data for accuracy testing of Q for Business. Partnering with Language Engineers, Applied Scientists, Engineers, and Product Managers, you will ensure alignment between data strategy, product goals, and scientific rigor.You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of complex data acquisition and dataset management programs—spanning multiple AWS organizations. Your work will enable robust model benchmarking by ensuring the timely delivery of diverse, trusted, and well-annotated datasets. This includes designing scalable data pipelines, managing vendor and in-house labeling operations, and establishing governance processes that uphold data quality, privacy, and compliance standards

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience
- Experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Strong technical understanding of ML lifecycle, including model testing, benchmarking, and dataset construction

- Experience working with Applied Scientists, ML Engineers, and Data Engineers in high-ambiguity environments
