WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an IT Agile Coach, you are responsible to:
- Uphold the five Scrum Values: Focus, Openness, Courage, Respect, Commitment
- Manage the Scrum ceremonies (daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, etc.) for our implementation scrum teams
- Live servant leadership and the creation of communication channels between teams and act as “ONE TEAM” from strategy to execution.
- Preparation of Capacity Planning
- Supporting the Product Owner with Planning Preparation
- Work with the Product Developer to prioritise the product backlog
- Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products
- Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
- Creation of boards, filters and advanced jQueries to help drive insight to action
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
We seek people with distinctive academic credentials, strategic thinking, superior problem-solving skills and a strong professional track record of results. In addition, we place high value on relevant personal qualities: resourcefulness, tenacity, high energy and self-confidence. Desired skills are:
- Academic degree in Information Technology or Project Management
- 5 -7 years’ of professional work experience. At least 1 project of 1 year or more, preferably in a leading role, in the adoption of scaled agile practices.
- Certifications in agilemethodologieslike Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
- Proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, ScrumBan collaboration models.
- Proficiency in methods that improve backlog management and understanding.
- Proficiency in Wiki as well as Jira. Integration of agile toolsets a real plus.
- Proficiency in SAFe scaled agile environments a real plus.
- Experience in better agile software development methods such as behavior driven development or hypothesis driven development
- Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills in the English language
- Ability to work in an international, virtual team and act as “team player”
- Interaction and contribution to agile software engineering forums and communities shows initiative
