Generate new and novel strategies across offer presentation, segmentation, pricing, and features that drive conversion while meeting Airbnb’s standards for customer experience, and
Consistently evaluate sales trends and partner with Finance to develop action plans to maximize value and coverage for our customers and Airbnb, and
Attend industry events where relevant to the business.
Your Expertise:
Sales/BD leader with a high degree of comfort with revenue accountability
Experienced with digital / online insurance distribution, or similar experience with other regulated financial products
Familiar at creating a growth playbook that contemplates customer segments and seasonal patterns
Disciplined in adherence to plans but realistic enough to know when change is needed
Comfortable working across BD, Product, Account Management, Program Management, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance
Required qualifications:
Owning a revenue target and developing growth strategies for online insurance offers
Operating in a design focused, customer centric environment
Navigating legal and compliance hurdles to deliver a compelling, attainable insurance offer
Presenting to internal and external C-Suite on various topics including headwinds, tailwinds, and mitigation strategies
