Your role:
Using data and analytics to help Philips meeting the needs of our customers and partners or exceeding our business targets and performance
Acting as business partner to the Europe Service Category Leaders and Zone Service Business Managers, supporting and enabling commercial success and business development with data analytics and insights
Owner of various KPI dashboards, forecasting processes, financial analytics and business reportings with high expectation of quality and timeliness
Practise experience of SAP, Excel, PowerBI, Salesforce.com, QlikView and other analytics tools
Providing the data and input to the Services and Solutions Delivery performance cycle, such as monthly performance reviews, daily management, forecasting cycles, yearly financial AOP planning and general KPI management.
Independently and proactively analyzing data with a good understanding of the business to create decision support and business improvement initiatives
Own the quality and improvement of the Europe Services analytics.
Driving data checks and improving different dashboards to ensure proper report out to the different zones and businesses in Europe
Defining new requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders to further improve analytics.
Identifying and defining corrective and improvement actions to address performance and data-quality issues and working in cross functional teams across a matrix organization to fix the identified issues.
Initiating and seeing through to execution the defined corrective actions / improvement initiatives according to the plan. Evaluation through to completion is essential to know that actions delivered as per plan.
You are the right fit if:
Min 3 year’s experience in business analysis or performance management
Experience in the healthcare services domain preferred
Data savviness and ability to interpret complex data sources in a solution-oriented way
Proven knowledge in SAP, PowerBI, Salesforce.com
Advanced experience with Microsoft Windows and Office software applications
Previous experience with Qlikview/Qliksense
Experience with problem solving and project management
Ability to manage multiple priorities and customer (internal and external) expectations effectively and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong sense of stakeholder management and good communication skills
Fluent in English (verbal & written)
