Key responsibilities

  • Account management and sales – Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including endoscopists, nurse specialists, department managers, biomedical engineers, and procurement teams.
  • Market development – Identify new business opportunities, expand the customer base, and contribute to strategic sales planning.
  • Customer engagement and education – Support scheduled endoscopic procedures, ensure smooth product usage, and provide training sessions to enhance customer confidence.
  • Strategic collaboration – Work cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, and customer service teams to drive growth and market penetration.
  • Business acumen – Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and product innovations to maintain Boston Scientific’s leading position.


We are looking for a proactive, results-driven professional who is passionate about sales and customer engagement. You take initiative, build trust, and understand the complexities of hospital environments.

  • Sales experience – Ideally, you have experience in a sales or customer-facing role (e.g., Account Manager, Field Clinical Specialist, or Product Specialist). Experience in capital equipment sales and tenders is a plus.
  • Medical devices knowledge – Experience in endoscopy is ideal, but we also welcome candidates with broader medical device backgrounds.
  • Strong relationship builder – You excel in networking and building long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals.
  • Commercial mindset – You are strategic, goal-oriented, and motivated by driving business success.
  • Education and language skills – You have a relevant higher vocational degree (HBO) and fluency in Dutch and English.
